Haven’t found a good way to paint lead. I need a hard finish for a CR914. Most people use rustoleum, I need something
harder than that . The rustoleum peels off with your fingernail. Has anyone had any experience with lead ? primer/auto acrylic ?
looking for any experience. Can’t find it in the search tab.

You can first coat the lead with some epoxy or other suitable resin, then paint it.
Paint on the epoxy, then use a hair dryer or heat gun to warm it so you can smooth it out.
