okay, I looked at your img tags and it looks like you were calling the document from your desktop. the url that was posted was C:\ somthing pdf. Not sure what happend there.
To post the attachment:
when you are posting a reply make sure you clicked on advanced view.
At the bottom of the advanced reply page you should see a button that says Manage Attachments. Click on this button to open up a seperate window which will allow you to upload your documents. Once your documents has been uploaded you should be able to hit submit reply and your attachments will show up in your posts in a box called attachments.
