No plans to the dimension you want, how you take it out? On the leading edge of the keel, which should be vertical, and be 20 mm behind the center of the mast.
The center of the mast should be 475 millimeters forward of the stern.
I can do you a CAD drawing, but it will not work, because I do not know that you gave along the keel. (at the free plans, not specified) and also your bow should be vertical too, and you have given an angle.
