Hopefully this link will be good for a while. This shows construction of EC12 sails using an “enlarged GBMY type sailblock.” It has good info on cutting the luff while putting twist in the sails. That is much better than just cutting the luff while the sail is lying flat on the table. It is easy to not put enough luff curve in panelled sails if they are laying flat when you mark and cut the luff.
