Has anyone done any work on looking at the difference the rudder angle makes.
Technically I think a vertical rudder pivot should give a quicker turn response, whereas an inclined pivot should give a more controlled turn rate.
The above supposition is from when the kids raced BMX and we modified bikes to suit each kid and riding style.
