Rrqust for rule interpretation

We have been asked by the MYA for an interpretation on the legality or otherwise of Andrew Halstead’s ZBF (see Footying Radically).

I attach the documentation sent to the Technical Team. Since Roger Stollery is the originator of the requests, he has disqualified himself from being party to the ruling and I have asked Brett McCormack to stand in for him on this matter.

if the boat was a “full Keel” design then the batts could go as deep as you wanted.

and you could in theory make any footy with out a deck.

I don’t see any rule issue…

But then again I find it amusing, we submit three pages of writing to justify a 12" boat…:zbeer:
