i think dan cleans for an hour, builds for an hour, then cleans up for an hour? would make sense. i vacume once a week? does that count?

Here is what I have been working on the last few days, instead of my boat.
Mock-up
I still need to do some finishing work, like running hoses and wiring etc.
I need to order a check valve before I can use the system, because I couldn?t find one locally. That?s the one thing that always t?s me off, I need to order a $10 part but it will cost me $20 because of shipping.
As to the cleanliness of my shop, I will let everyone in on my little secret.
My shop vac doubles as a leaf blower, I just blow all the saw dust out the garage door and then into the yard, it makes great fertilizer. It takes about 2 minutes to clean up. [:-eyebrows][:-eyebrows]

Not a bomb, a vacuum bagging system. The two PVC pipes are the vacuum reservoirs, so the pump doesn?t have to run constantly.

Here is a photo of my progress to date. I have cleaned the hull up a little, by trimming off the excess glass along the sheer. The inside of the hull has been waterproofed, and all the permanent stations have been filleted.

Yep it?s the keel fin.
It?s a cedar core, with two layers of 5.6 oz. carbon on each side.
MY boat is coming closer to completion; here you can see the deck I just finished.
Radical took her maiden voyage today; unfortunately, the wind was only in the 0 to 1 knot range. I will be away on vacation starting tomorrow, but when I get back, hopefully the wind gods, will be a little nicer to me.
