Would I like to know which the proportion of the length of the keel/rudder it is in relation to the ship RC X real ship?

Are you trying to build something to scale?

As muzza said, there is no easy answer. Generally speaking a sailing model will have more draft than its full size counterpart in order to obtain sufficient righting moment.
Remember if it is a 1/10th scale model it has 1/10th th length, 1/100th the sail area and 1/1000th the displacement. This means the SA/displ ratio is out by a factor of 10!
