A friend and I are considering getting into sailing. We are looking at the less expensive boats. We have pretty much settled on the Megatech Nirvana 2.
I have a few questions though.
- I have heard there was an issue with the winch servo on these boats. Megatech has changed the servo to a metal gear servo. Has the new servo shown to be sufficient in handling the sail?
- The Boat comes with an FM radio, has anyone needed to buy extra x-tals? Are they expensive and readily accessible?
- Are replacement parts easily accessible?
- How does this boat compare to others in its prise range
