I recently aquired a RC sailboat in need of repair - mast broken, rigging missing. Any idea how I figure out the manufacturer and get instructions?
Start by posting a few photos, and accompany by size, weight, etc. Photos from side, bow and stern. Also from above lookingdown.
For sizes, length, beam, weight all might be helpful. Lots of guys here on this site, and many are a bit on the “older” (ahem - wink) side and may recall some of the older boats that may not be in production any longer.
A few have been able to identify - and in a couple of cases even produce old advertising, instructions, etc.

You may have to make your own parts then if that is the case.
You can look around on the inside for a manufacturers label or mark, but a picture will usually get you an instant response.
