Hello,
I’m a newbie when it comes to Sailboats, I was just wondering if anyone could tell me on Victor-Model website when the specs for any Sailboat length, height, esc. Is the height from the deck of the boat or is the over height from the bottom of the keel to the top of the mast?

my soling from the deck to the top of the mast is 52"

and keel to deck is 13.5"

I think it really depends on the builder/manufacturer how they quote dimensions.

One thing you can do is check the rules pages of the Class in question and check out the measurements to get a better idea…
