Luff Gap

I have a couple of questions about larger luff gaps.

  1. Do you change the gooseneck offset so the pivot is in line with the luff?

  2. I can imagine that with increased luff gap that the center of the luff could sag (rotate) to leeword which would flatten the center of the sail. Does this actually happen?

Thanks

Not that I’ve noticed.
