Heard from one person who has/sails Footy’s and the comment was there seems to be more organized (and promoted) regatta schedules for the U.K. than there is for the U.S. !
Not going to try to tell the U.S. class what to do - but with a very limited schedule, the “promotion” of any races seems to be pretty “light” by the class. NOTHING on the AMYA Regatta page.
Just passing on what I heard from a sailor looking for more races.
