Anyone got a idiots guide to making IOM sails for an idoit(new to the IOM) game
plans, drawings, pictures etc
any help gratefully received

Mark - to start go to the forum “HOW TO…” most recent thread posted by Cougar has a link in it to a much longer and more involved thread on making a jig to make sails. As for sizes, you probably need to have a set of IOM International rules handy to assure the sails you build are legal if racing. You can build your own - they just must conform to IOM requirements. Not my class of interest so I can’t help with specifics.
