Hi guy’s (and girls?),
After many hours of trolling through the net, I’ve come to the conclusion that no one has any information on how a beginner (on his own) should go about learning to sail! Am I correct, or is there such a site? If not, how do I start? I get down to the local pond with my newly bought boat, and do what???[:-?help]

Try this link. http://www.baysail.com/keelboat/ It might help understand how to trim your sails in accordance with the wind. Has lots of good beginner stuff.

Cheers Greg V, Just what I was looking for. The fact that I was an Aeromodeller, allows me to understand the airfoil principles of the sail easier than most beginners. Your link is perfect!![:D]
