How to post a picture in a forum?

I’ve been asked this a few times, so I will try to explain it as much as I can.

  1. keep the size of the picture under 100k…its for showing in a forum, not for printing!
  2. a good size is 600480 or 800600 NO MORE!!!

For PC Windows users…a very easy tool given by Microsoft, called
Image Resizer

Easy to use, select picture, right click and resize.

That said, here we go.

First you need a host…for ex. imageshack loacted here:
http://imageshack.us/

Then you need to upload your picture from you computer to the host:

then click “HOST IT”…that done you will see something like this:

I like to show the picture directly…so I use this link! (red)

Ok, your picture is hosted…KEEP or COPY THE LINK.

That done you need to put it in your post.
