I was trying to pinpoint the origin date of the measurement box idea and the ratification of the “box rule.” I found one topic by Bill H (http://www.rcsailing.net/forum1/showthread.php?t=1839) proposing measurenent rules in March 2005, but that’s all. Many of the older attachments are missing. The ckosest date I can find forthis is about mid- September 2005, specifically, 10 Sep. 2005.
Any help? I think that’s the last of the past Footy history to be resolved. Wasn’t there a kind of IFCA secretary way back when?
