I’ve been lurking in the shadows long enough now. It’s time for me to say hello to my fellow RC sailboat enthusiasts. Of the many informative threads on this forum, Flavio’s thread inspired me to attempt my very first scratch build sailing model, ‘Brando’. My version is a Brando 1.5 - 50% larger than the original footy. Though "Brando’ was never intended for a first time builder, I’m happy to report that my boat turned out better than I imagined it could. I’m forever hooked on scratch building. Thank you Flavio.
