I have just purchased a new Seawind from an ebay source. I sail a Victoria with the Maryland Model Yacht Club, in Columbia, MD, and with the Heritage Harbor Model Yacht Club, in Annapolis, MD. I sail by myself at Lake Whetstone in Montgomery Village, MD. It has a great dock with a gazebo.
