I’ve got a M-12 that I intend to race this summer. Very similar (almost identical) to the US-12. It’s the most prevalent class in my area (Ottawa, Canada). The weather is just beginning to cooperate here - rumor has it the buoys will be on the pond later this week!

Sounds great, how long have you been sailing the M-12?

This will be my first season. I was out to watch a few times last summer and was given the opportunity to try my hand at sailing for a few minutes. My boat is just finished; it’s now at the painters!
