fractional size AAA cells and battery packs

Has anyone found a good source of fractional (1/3 or 2/3) sized AAA cells or 4.8V packs? I have been getting them from onlybatterypacks.com, but am looking for another source.

I did a google search on 1/3 AAA and founds several hits, eg

I also found fractional AA, eg

Another possibility is to use 1s lipo. Although nominal voltage is 3.7, they start at 4.4 charged, and hold a good voltage for a long time.

Thank you for the suggestions. I am particularly intrigued by the suggestion of using a single cell LiPO.
