Gentlemen,

Its a tiny point, but all the NORs I have ever seen (not very many) have all forbidden the use of 37MHZ equipment. No doubt they have all been derived from the same base document

GOK what 37 is used for - Patagonian plover tracing? But it has no R/C use in Europe, afaik.
Possibly you mean 35MHZ, which is the UK Aircraft-only R/C frequency band.
