The rule posted here dated 10/9/05 has now been replaced by the rule dated
14/9/05 in the International Footy thread.
Don’t panic the changes are only of housekeeping nature.
I’d still like to see the battery spec amended to using AAA types, especially if alkaline, as they are commonly found by anyone. Only a different battery holder would need to be purchased (from what you normally get in a radio kit).
Not only would it save weight, but it would make the build easier for first-timers by making the total weight less critical.

Both documents say ‘Effective 10 September 2005.’ So which one is the more recent, or is there another document somewhere?
