You can get up to 6 functions easily by making a servoboard with 6 pads, and a wiper on a servo arm, wiring, etc. You can buy those cheaply.
I must admit to playing with an EXTREMELY secret automatic in/out function controlled by mast rotation (but could be off the sail servo). I did tell everyone and it drove waboats wild!
