I found this really nice article a while back whilst surfing.
It is the best discription of basic yacht design aimed at model yachts I have seen anywhere.
The article is based on the Strathclyde70 class which is used to promote yacht design and building in the UK.
Some really nice tips in here for those wanting to have a go at designing a first model eg a Footy or something:)
