On the page of the French multi-sailors you can find him ranked in two races for 2004. one with 4 boats and one with 5 boats racing. He must have ranked first in one and third in the other race. No info givven on how many runs they did for either ranking.
As I recall - when translating the pages I seem to remember him saying something about Fre’camp 2004 - but I could be wrong. Might start there and search for results.
PAT - do you know this fellow - or anything about his trimaran (Trimarine II) and it’s performance? I sent an email and his “webmaster” responded that the owner was finishing up some college (???) classes and he also indicated the boat, ready to sail, was priced at around $2400 (US)

he is: ‘Rasch G’
He is listed in ‘Pontivy’ and ‘Mulhouse’ races.
first was 5 boats, him finishing 3rd. Second was four boats, him finishing 1st. Overall ranking for this year is 5th. But the 4 in front of him participated in more races and so got more points.
I doubt that you can rally make any conclusion about boat speed from this results, but at least his boat is rather on the fast side than on the slow side.
So - your five and their five would have equaled 10 boats - right ?
Unless, of course, there is a personal concern your boats would be beaten, and then many of us would know, and … sorta like someone else who talked a good game here - but never showed up at regattas to show his ideas worked. _ won’t go further than that reminder here.
As always - great to talk ideas - but sooner or later someone, somewhere will suggest …“So show us!”
