Well this is just a note to wish you and your family a very Happy Thanksgiving and to keep you informed on Friday?s information regarding the 2006 ?Frostbite? Regatta registration.
On Friday morning, November 25th we will begin the registration process for the 2006 ?Frostbite? for the Victoria Class.
Many of you already know that this is the Premier Victoria Event to start the year off and once again this year will be no exception. I will have on our website (http://www.clearpointmyc.org) the NOR, SI?s and On-Line Entry form on Friday morning. Along with this, information regarding the local hotels and information regarding Pasadena, Clear Lake and Houston.
This year?s event will be held on January 21st and 22nd with practice on Friday the 20th like normal at Burke/Crenshaw Park in Pasadena, TX. I will again have the Saturday night Bar-B-Que social at the church and so please feel free to invite family to join if you would like. This has always been a relaxing evening and great social atmosphere. Remember that this event over the years has experienced all kinds of weather so please, please come prepared for anything.
I am looking forward to a great showing and have already heard from many of you that are coming. Please pass the word and feel free to ask any questions that you may have.
I look forward to seeing a strong field this year and many new faces.
