how much would one cost if i asked you to build it? (including labor costs and shipping)
at this stage, i donno, haven’t worked out exact prices & at this stage & i have not fully worked out the design for the spinnaker, the people who are building/built the new boats have the moulds, so i wont be able to build any till either i have my boat up here or i get the mould. if you want to do your own rig & fit out the rc gear, then it will obviously be cheaper. i supose i could give different prices depending on the fit out. i would also make say the 1st 10 or so say $50 above cost price just to get the class numbers up quicker.
do you suppose you’ll want to instigate a stability requirement? otherwise people are going to have boats that can capsize themselves by shifting ballast.
