Hi there.I’m interested in building a land yacht but cuz i’m new in this class i wonder if someone could give me a help.I’m used to sail in IOM class and this land yacht looks very interesting.Are there any free construction plans in the net?Dow any body have designs of the stearing systems that is simple to build?
See Ian’s note and link above to Italian site. Also has plans for free download and an excellent steering system - especially for larger front wheel yachts.
The only free plans i know opf are from the italian website that ian posted a link to above. At the IRCSSA (International Radio Controlled Surface Sailing Ass.) yahoo group (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/IRCSSA) there is lots of infomation but you pretty much either buy a kit or custom build it!
