IACC scaled to a Marblehead?

The above AC120 “Sport” stretched longitudinally to reach the 1289mm LOA, deeper fin, heavier bulb and ACC120 rig. In spite of shorter LWL but larger SA, this boat should be faster then a Class M. Who is going to try ?The bow is modified if preferred !.
The decline of the M class all around is probably due to the excessive costs associated, 6 rigs are not cheap and Skalpel propably is the more expensive just because of the Rig.
Certanly in the water the ratio SA/DSPL is in favour of the attached sketch.

I’m also of the opinion that a Class M with an AC120 rig will be the winner !

I thought the original point was to build a cheap M class to M class rules that is faster than a Skalpel, which I think is pretty much not possible in most conditions. I doubt if a short waterline high surface area boat would be the optimum M class boat.

The above design, is not an M, is just supposed to be faster
Shorter LWL is also less wetted surface !
Shorter mast and squared top sail may probably provide a lower CE.
If someone desire to beat an M, this is one solution !
Instead of 6 rigs, I would suggest only 3 .
