Hannu, I install my daggerboards exactly as you described with two carbon tubes that fit inside each other. I purchase these from a local kite store.

And what halfshell-weights did you achieve with the vacuum-bagging? -

My molds are top and bottom, but I will have to weigh my hulls tonight without the reinforcements inside…I will let you know about the weights tommorrow.
